Manufacturing capabilities
Cutting is performed on CNC laser cutting machines providing precise contours and clean edges without additional mechanical processing. Processes are configured for serial production with consistent geometry in every batch.
Materials
We cut carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium in various thicknesses according to structural requirements. Material selection is based on mechanical load, tolerances and further processing requirements.
Production volumes
We manufacture prototypes, pilot batches and provide regular serial deliveries. For serial projects, process parameters are defined to maintain consistent part quality over long-term production.
